(I am not a good picture taker)I made these for a after school snack for the kids one day and they loved them!
Here is the recipe-
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 squares of unsweetened chocolate melted (or 6 tablespoons of unsweetened coco powder and 2 tablespoons of oil mixed together)
1 cup flour
In a mixing bowl cream butter and sugar; beat inn eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy. Blend in chocolate. Add flour, mix well. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 1in apart onto onto a preheated waffle iron. Bake for 1 minute. Remove to a wire rack and cool. Dust with powder sugar and enjoy!
