Lemon Curry Chicken

Lemon Curry Chicken

1/2 cup flour

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

6 boneless skinless chicken breast
1/2 cup butter +
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

1/2 cup honey

1/2 cup lemon juice

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 teaspoon curry powder


In a bowl combine flour, salt and cayenne pepper, coat chicken. Pour 4 tablespoons melted butter in 9x13 pan, place chicken on butter and bake for 30 minutes at 350ยบ Then combine brown sugar, honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, curry and 1/2 cup butter, heat thoroughly. Pour over chicken bake 30 more minutes basting every 10 minutes with pan juice. Serve with rice.
