Pumpkin Dump Cake

I normally don't like to make a post with out a picture, but this recipe is to good to not post, even with out a picture! When I get a picture I will post it!


29 ounces pumpkin puree

4 eggs

1 1/2 cups sugar

1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger

1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1 12oz can of evaporated milk
1 package yellow cake mix
1 cup butter, melted
1 cup chopped pecans

Beat eggs slightly in large bowl. Stir in pumpkin, sugar, salt and spices. Slowly stir in milk. Pour into a grease 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish. Sprinkle dry cake mix over all. Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 350ยบ for 45 minutes to one hour or until browned on top. Serve at room temperature. Refrigerate remaining portions.
